Restructuring Date definition

Restructuring Date means the date on which a Restructuring is legally effective in accordance with the terms of the documentation governing such Restructuring.
Restructuring Date means, with respect to a Restructured Bond or Loan, the date on which a Restructuring is legally effective in accordance with the terms of the documentation governing such Restructuring.
