Restricted Periods definition

Restricted Periods has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a)(v).

Restricted Periods means the periods set out in Clause 2.3(e)(ii) of these Terms and Conditions and the periods set out in the Aer Credit Card Portal.

Restricted Periods has the meaning given in Appendix C, Article 2(e).

Examples of Restricted Periods in a sentence

• Subject to the provisions of Section 3.7 hereof, a grant of Restricted Shares or Restricted Units shall be effective for the entire applicable Vesting and Restricted Periods and may not be revoked.

• Each grant to a Participant shall be evidenced by a written instrument stating the number of Performance Shares or Performance Units granted, the Performance Period, the performance objective or objectives, the proportion of payments for performance between the minimum and full performance levels, if any, the Restricted Periods and restrictions applicable to shares of Common Stock receivable in payment for Performance Shares, and any other terms, conditions, and rights with respect to such grant.
