Responsible Person or Entity definition

Responsible Person or Entity means that person or entity responsible to provide the following to an applicant, registered solicitor, and the competent individual in a residence to whom a sale of goods or services is made or attempted to be made by means of a home solicitation sale:

Responsible Person or Entity means the person, association, corporation or the officers of the association or corporation, who are responsible for causing or maintaining a violation of this Code, applicable local ordinances or state statutes, and are liable for all costs associated with abatement, removal, destruction or eradication of any nuisance, sources of filth, cause of sickness, dead animal, health hazard or sanitation violation. In all cases, a property owner where such a violation exists shall be considered a Responsible Person or Entity.
