Resolution Time definition

Resolution Time means 1:00 p.m. New York time on the Local Business Day following the date on which the notice of the dispute is given under Paragraph 5.
Resolution Time means 10.00 a.m., London time, on the first Local Business Day following the date on which the notice is given that gives rise to a dispute under Paragraph 4.
Resolution Time has the meaning specified in Paragraph 13.

Resolution Time has the meaning specified in Paragraph 11(c)(i).
Resolution Time means the time taken (after the incident has been reported at the Helpdesk), in resolving (diagnosing, troubleshooting and fixing) or escalating (to the second level, getting the confirmatory details about the same and conveying the same to the end user), the services related troubles during the first level escalation. The resolution time shall vary based on the severity of the incident reported at the Helpdesk. The severity would be as follows:
