Residual Payments definition

Residual Payments has the meaning specified in subsection 5.15(viii).

More Definitions of Residual Payments

Residual Payments has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 12.4 of this Agreement.

Residual Payments means any and all cash proceeds or rents realized from the sale of Equipment under an Expired Contract and an Early Termination Contract.
