Residential Tenancy Act definition

Residential Tenancy Act means the Residential Tenancy Act, S.B.C. 2002, Chapter 78, together with all amendments thereto and replacements thereof;
Residential Tenancy Act means the Residential Tenancy Act (British Columbia); and
Residential Tenancy Act means the most recent version of the British Columbia Residential Tenancy Act;
