Reseller Order Form definition

Reseller Order Form means a duly signed ordering document between a reseller and Customer that references this Agreement and the Service being provided by Provider pursuant to this Agreement and pricing and payment terms determined by the reseller. For clarity, Provider is not a party to the Reseller Order Form.

Examples of Reseller Order Form in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding any contrary provision, Customer shall pay Reseller the fees in the amount set forth in the Reseller Order Form (the “Fees”) in accordance with the terms set forth therein.

  • All notices permitted or required under this Agreement shall be in writing and shall be deemed to have been given when delivered in person (including by overnight courier), or three (3) business days after being mailed by first class, registered or certified mail, postage prepaid, to the address of the party specified in the Reseller Order Form or such other address as either party may specify in writing.

  • Provider will be under no obligation to provide the Service to Customer under a Reseller Arrangement if it has not received a Reseller Order Form for Customer.

Related to Reseller Order Form

  • Order Form means an ordering document specifying the Services to be provided hereunder that is entered into between You and Us or any of Our Affiliates, including any addenda and supplements thereto. By entering into an Order Form hereunder, an Affiliate agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement as if it were an original party hereto.

  • IITK Purchase Order means the IITK’s official Purchase Order document;

  • Reseller Agreement means the separate agreement between Customer and Reseller regarding the Services. The Reseller Agreement is independent of and outside the scope of This Agreement.

  • Data Supplier means a third party supplier of Market Data.
