Resale Discount definition

Resale Discount means the applicable discount off retail rates applied to AT&T-21STATE Telecommunications Services resold by CLEC to its End Users. Any change to the rates, terms and conditions of any applicable retail Tariff is automatically incorporated herein and is effective hereunder on the date any such change is effective.

Resale Discount means an amount equal to 20% of Net Revenue for each Resale Transaction.

Examples of Resale Discount in a sentence

• Distributor is not entitled to any further compensation (including any Maintenance Resale Discount) for any renewal term.

• Any Maintenance Resale Discount represents a one-time discount and Distributor’s exclusive compensation for facilitating the conclusion of a EUMA between SAP and an End User and for submitting an order for SAP Delivered Support for an End User with SAP.

• Subject to the provisions in the Discount Letter, SAP will grant a Maintenance Resale Discount (as defined in the Discount Letter) to Distributor, if Distributor provides Qualified Assistance (as defined in the Discount Letter).

• Invoice - Upon Partner’s instructions to HubSpot for each initial activation, renewal or upgrade of the Service for a resale customer, HubSpot will activate the requested Service and invoice Partner, net 30, for the applicable List Price for the Service minus the Resale Discount, plus undiscounted fees for any training or support.

• Rates for Payphone Services are established under the provisions of Section 276 of the Federal Telecommunications Act of 1996 and are not eligible for the Resale Discount unless required by State Commission order(s).

• Consequently, such discount is not available to any CLEC who did not have an approved and effective FCC Merger Conditions Appendix in each of its Agreements with SBC-13STATE that provided for such Resale Discount before November 8, 2002.

• However, given certain billing system limitations, the Resale Discount may be applied to Payphone Services, unless and until AT&T-21STATE is able to modify its billing system, and AT&T-21STATE may issue true-up bills in accordance with the provisions set forth in Section 12.19 of the General Terms and Conditions.
