Requests for Payment. The periodic written invoices and requests from Operator to Owner prepared in accordance with Section 6.7(a) for payment of the Management Fee, Reimbursable Costs and other amounts due from Owner to Operator.

Requests for Payment. Each Request For Payment shall identify, in detail acceptable to Lender in its sole and absolute discretion, the amount being requested, the payee, the Budget line item detailing the expenditure, invoices for all proposed payments, and confirmation that the payment for which the Request For Payment is submitted conforms to the Budget. The Request For Payment shall be on a form prescribed by Lender from time to time and shall be certified to Lender as true, accurate, and complete and correct by Borrower. The Request For Payment form shall constitute a representation, warranty and covenant as to the matters contained therein. Requests For Payment may be made daily by Borrower’s submission to Lender of a fully executed Request For Payment form at or noon. (Kansas City, Missouri local time) on the business day prior to which Borrower desires the payment to be made. If Lender denies the payment, it will notify Borrower no later than 4:00 p.m. (Kansas City, Missouri local time) on the following business day. Following disbursement, Borrower shall promptly furnish to Lender proof of payment satisfactory to Lender of the items included in the Request for Payment.

Examples of Requests for Payment in a sentence

  • On August 14, 2023, the Debtors filed the Debtors’ Motion for Entry of an Order (I) Establishing Deadlines to File Proofs of Claim and Requests for Payment Procedures Related Thereto; and (II) Granting Related Relief [Docket No. 452], seeking entry of an order establishing certain bar dates.

  • All final Requests for Payment of Professional Fee Claims and Substantial Contribution Claims must be filed and served on the Reorganized Debtor, its counsel, and other necessary parties in interest no later than sixty (60) days after the Effective Date, unless otherwise ordered by the Bankruptcy Court.

Related to Requests for Payment

  • Request for Payment means a payment application or declaration of expenditure submitted by the Member State to the Commission;

  • Application for Payment means Contractor’s monthly partial invoice for payment that includes any portion of the Work that has been completed for which an invoice has not been submitted and performed in accordance with the requirements of the Contract Documents. The Application for Payment accurately reflects the progress of the Work, is itemized based on the Schedule of Values, bears the notarized signature of Contractor, and shall not include subcontracted items for which Contractor does not intend to pay.

  • Due for Payment means, (i) with respect to an Insured Amount, the Payment Date on which Insured Amounts are due and payable pursuant to the terms of the Indenture and (ii) with respect to a Preference Amount, the Business Day on which the documentation required by the Insurer has been received by the Insurer.

  • Extended Due for Payment Date means, in relation to any Series of Covered Bonds, the date, if any, specified as such in the applicable Final Terms to which the payment of all or (as applicable) part of the Final Redemption Amount payable on the Final Maturity Date will be deferred in the event that the Final Redemption Amount is not paid in full on the Extension Determination Date.

  • Request for Issuance means a request made pursuant to Section 2.04 in the form of Exhibit B.

  • Request for Advance means a Request for Revolving Credit Advance or a Request for Swing Line Advance, as the context may indicate or otherwise require.

  • Draw Request Any request by the Borrower, pursuant to Section 2.2 of this Agreement, for a disbursement of any portion of the proceeds of the Loan.

  • Advance Request Form A certificate, in a form approved by Lender, properly completed and signed by Borrower requesting a Revolving Credit Advance.

  • Request for Proposals or “RFP” means all documents, including those attached or incorporated by reference, used for soliciting proposals.

  • Change Orders mean changes or modifications to any Construction Contract or any other contract with labor or material suppliers.

  • Advance Request means a request for an Advance submitted by Borrower to Lender in substantially the form of Exhibit A.

  • Request for Services or “RFS” means the document used by the City’s Project Manager to obtain services under this Agreement. The RFS must include a description of required services and schedule. It is to be emailed/faxed to the Consultant who in turn will provide a detailed costing for the service. The RFS must be reviewed and approved by the City’s Project Manager before the work is to proceed. A detailed process and sample of the RFS is attached as Schedules 2 and 3, respectively.
