Requested Borrowing Date definition

Requested Borrowing Date. The date specified in Section 2.01(b)(ii).
Requested Borrowing Date means the date on which an Advance in ------------------------ respect of a Borrowing is to be made, as identified by the Borrower in the relevant Borrowing Request.
Requested Borrowing Date has the meaning specified in Section 2.03.

Requested Borrowing Date. The date specified in Subsection 2.1(b)(i) of this Agreement.
Requested Borrowing Date means the date on which an Advance in respect of a Borrowing is to be made, as identified by Borrower in the relevant Borrowing Request.

Related to Requested Borrowing Date

  • Borrowing Date any Business Day specified by the Borrower as a date on which the Borrower requests the relevant Lenders to make Loans hereunder.

  • Initial Borrowing Date means the date occurring on or after the Effective Date on which the initial Borrowing of Loans occurs.

  • Committed Borrowing means a borrowing consisting of simultaneous Committed Loans of the same Type and, in the case of Eurodollar Rate Loans, having the same Interest Period made by each of the Lenders pursuant to Section 2.01.

  • Notice of Committed Borrowing has the meaning set forth in Section 2.02.

  • Initial Borrowing means the first Borrowing made pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Borrowing means Loans of the same Type, made, converted or continued on the same date and, in the case of Eurodollar Loans, as to which a single Interest Period is in effect.
