  • Distribution Date: With respect to distributions on the REMIC I, REMIC II and REMIC III Regular Interests and the Certificates, the 25th day (or, if such 25th day is not a Business Day, the Business Day immediately succeeding such 25th day) of each month, with the first such date being August 25, 2006.
