Examples of Remaining Employees in a sentence
Seller shall be responsible for all post-retirement medical, mental health, substance abuse, and dental coverage for the Remaining Employees through Chevron’s post-retirement health care coverage (“Seller’s Post-Retirement Health Care Coverage”).
Seller shall indemnify Buyer and Services Company against all liabilities under the WARN Act, as and if applicable, with respect to all other employees of Seller, including the Remaining Employees.
The parties hereto agree to use their reasonable efforts to ensure that the Remaining Employees are transferred to the Parent or the relevant Transferred Subsidiary with effect from the Closing Date, whether the transfer is: (a) implemented through the operation of applicable Law; (b) through the relevant Transferred Subsidiary offering to employ, effective as of and from the Closing Date, the Remaining Employees; or (c) by any other applicable means.
