Relief Funds definition

Relief Funds means any funds, proceeds, or other forms of relief available (monetary or non-monetary) under the CARES Act, including, without limitation, the CARES Funds, in addition to any and all other funds/relief available from any local, state, or federal agency or Governmental Unit, from any insurer, or under any Insurance Policies.

Such account or accounts may be non-interest bearing or may bear interest. In the event that a Buydown Fund Account is established pursuant to clause (b) of the preceding sentence, amounts held in such Buydown Fund Account shall not exceed the level of deposit insurance coverage on such account; accordingly, more than one Buydown Fund Account may be established.

  • Program Funds means all funds that are required to be deposited into the Non-profit School Food Service Account.

  • Mutual Funds means (i) all open-end mutual funds; and (ii) similar pooled investment vehicles established in non-U.S. jurisdictions, such as registered investment trusts in Japan. For purposes of the Code, Mutual Fund does not include shares of open-end money market mutual funds (unless otherwise advised by Compliance).

  • Surplus Fund means the fund by that name established pursuant to the Second Resolution.

  • Fundserv means the facility maintained and operated by Fundserv Inc. for electronic communication with participating companies, including the receiving of orders, order match, contracting, registrations, settlement of orders, transmission of confirmation of purchases, and the redemption of investments or instruments.

  • Currency of the Client Account means the currency that the Client Account is denominated in.

  • Buydown Fund A fund provided by the originator of a Mortgage Loan or another Person with respect to a Buydown Loan which provides an amount sufficient to subsidize regularly scheduled principal and interest payments due on such Buydown Loan for a period. Buydown Funds may be (i) funded at the par values of future payment subsidies, or (ii) funded in an amount less than the par values of future payment subsidies, and determined by discounting such par values in accordance with interest accruing on such amounts, in which event they will be deposited in an account bearing interest. Buydown Funds may be held in a separate Buydown Fund Account or may be held in a Custodial Account for P&I or a Custodial Account for Reserves and monitored by a Servicer.

  • Interest Collection Subaccount The meaning specified in Section 10.2(a).
