Reliance Letter definition

Reliance Letter means, with respect to any opinion, an executed letter from the issuer of such opinion to the Secured Parties providing that the Secured Parties are permitted to rely on such opinion as if such opinion was addressed to them.
Reliance Letter has the meaning set forth in Section 5.2.
Reliance Letter means SBA’s standard reliance letter pertaining to Environmental Investigation Reports, a copy of which is located in Appendix 5. The language in SBA’s standard reliance letter may not be modified. Additionally, Lenders and CDCs should not enter into any agreement that alters the terms of SBA’s standard reliance letter.

More Definitions of Reliance Letter

Reliance Letter means SBA’s standard Reliance Letter pertaining to Environmental Investigation Reports, a copy of which is located in Appendix 3.
Reliance Letter shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 4(l).
