Related Wrongful Acts definition

Related Wrongful Acts means Wrongful Acts which are causally connected by reason of any common fact, circumstance, situation, transaction, casualty, event or decision.
Related Wrongful Acts means all Wrongful Acts that are logically or causally connected by any fact, circumstance, situation, event, transaction, cause or series of related facts, circumstances, situations, events, transactions or causes.
Related Wrongful Acts means Wrongful Acts which are the same, related or continuous, or Wrongful Acts which arise from a common nucleus of facts. Claims can allege Related Wrongful Acts regardless of whether such Claims involve the same or different claimants, Insureds or legal causes of action.

Examples of Related Wrongful Acts in a sentence

  • More than one Claim involving the same Wrongful Act or Related Wrongful Acts of one or more Insureds shall be considered a single Claim, and only one Retention shall be applicable to such single Claim.
