Related Security Instruments is defined in the Cross-Collateralization Agreement.
Related Security Instruments means, with respect to any Borrower, the Security Instruments relating to the Related Loans.
Related Security Instruments means those certain mortgages, deeds of trust and deeds to secure debt described on Schedule 2 attached hereto and made a part hereof. The term "Related Borrowers" shall mean Community Centers Two L.L.C., a Delaware limited liability company, and Shoppers World Community Center, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership. The term "Other Security Documents" as used in this Note shall mean all and any of the documents other than this Note or the Security Instruments now or hereafter executed by Borrower and/or any Related Borrower and/or others and by or in favor of Lender, which wholly or partially secure or guarantee payment of this Note or any of the Related Notes, including, but not limited to, that certain Loan Agreement dated the date hereof between Borrowers, the Related Borrowers, and Lender and the Related Notes. Whenever used, the singular number shall include the plural, the plural number shall include the singular, and the words "Lender" and "Borrower" shall include their respective successors, assigns, heirs, executors and administrators. All of the terms, covenants and conditions contained in the Security Instruments and the Other Security Documents are hereby made part of this Note to the same extent and with the same force as if they were fully set forth herein.
