Reinvestment Plan definition

Reinvestment Plan means the distribution reinvestment plan for the ETFs, as described under the heading “Distribution Policy – Distribution Reinvestment Plan”;
Reinvestment Plan means any reinvestment plan pursuant to which Stockholders may elect to have the full amount of their cash Distributions from the Company reinvested in additional Equity Shares of the Company.
Reinvestment Plan is defined in Section 7.15.
