Reimbursement Period definition

Reimbursement Period. As defined in Section 40.3.
Reimbursement Period means, with respect to any Rehypothecation Unavailability, the period beginning on the date such Rehypothecation Unavailability occurs and ending on the Reimbursement Payment Date immediately following the date such Rehypothecation Unavailability terminates.
Reimbursement Period has the meaning set forth in Section 14.2.5.

More Definitions of Reimbursement Period

Reimbursement Period means the period of time commencing as of the date of the Covered Executive’s Qualifying Termination and ending as of the close of the second taxable year of the Covered Executive that follows the taxable year in which such Qualifying Termination occurred.
