Rehabilitation Works definition

Rehabilitation Works means work undertaken on the network assets in order to restore them to a proper and effective condition.
Rehabilitation Works means the work necessary to remove from the Leased Premises all of the Lessee's Fixtures and other property and any Lessor's Fixtures which the Lessor requires to be removed, and make good any damage caused to the Leased Premises by the removal of the Lessee's property;
Rehabilitation Works means any program of reconstruction or repair, including the provision of equipment and technical assistance therefor, selected or proposed to be selected by the Borrower under the Project pursuant to Section 3.02 of this Agreement;

More Definitions of Rehabilitation Works

Rehabilitation Works.  Has the meaning given thereto in Section 9.1(b)(i) of the Agreement.
