Regular Shipper definition

Regular Shipper means (i) a Committed Shipper, and (ii) a Shipper that has Actual Shipments in each of the twelve months of the Base Period. A Regular Shipper described in clause (ii) ceases to be a Regular Shipper if it has no Actual Shipments for one or more months out of the Base Period, and thereafter, that Shipper will be treated as a New Shipper unless and until it meets Regular Shipper criteria.

Regular Shipper means a Shipper who is not a Volume Discount Shipper or a New Shipper. A Regular Shipper who has not Tendered Ethylene on the Pipeline System during the previous twelve- month period, ceases to be a Regular Shipper and will return to New Shipper status.

Examples of Regular Shipper in a sentence

• Nominations by Expansion Shippers in excess of their Volume Commitment in the Committed Expanded Capacity shall be considered nominations to ship in the Available Capacity, and the Expansion Shippers shall be treated as a Regular Shipper or a New Shipper, as applicable, with respect to such nominations.

More Definitions of Regular Shipper

Regular Shipper means a Shipper which: (1) has used the pipeline segment subject to allocation during at least one month of the base period, and (2) does not meet the definition of “New Shipper”, and (3) has volumes nominated for its account on the prorated segment or facility during the period of proration.
