Registered Nurse Division 1 definition

Registered Nurse Division 1 means a person registered in division 1 or 3 of the Register of the Nurses Board of Victoria as defined in the Health Professions Registration Act 2005 but does not include a Registered Nurse Division 1 who is employed solely or predominantly in the provision of psychiatric nursing services.
Registered Nurse Division 1 means a person registered in division 1 of the Register of the Nurses Board of Vigtoria Registered as defined in the Nurses Xxx 0000 (Vig) but does not inglude a Registered Nurse Division 1 who is employed solely or predominantly in the provision of psyghiatrig nursing serviges.
