Any reference to a “State Party” or “States Parties” in this Convention applies equally to a Regional economic integration organization where the context so requires.
For the purpose of this article and Article 16, any instrument deposited by a Regional economic integration organization shall not be counted as additional to those deposited by Member States of that Organization.
