  • Large municipal separate storm sewer system means all municipal separate storm sewers that are either:

  • National Ambient Air Quality Standards or “NAAQS” means national ambient air quality standards that are promulgated pursuant to Section 109 of the Act, 42 U.S.C. § 7409.

  • Public School Student Accessing Courses at a Distance means a student who is scheduled for a full course load through the District and attends all classes virtually.

  • Regulatory Flood Protection Elevation means the “Base Flood Elevation” plus the “Freeboard”. In “Special Flood Hazard Areas” where Base Flood Elevations (BFEs) have been determined, this elevation shall be the BFE plus two (2) feet of freeboard. In “Special Flood Hazard Areas” where no BFE has been established, this elevation shall be at least two (2) feet above the highest adjacent grade.

  • Accrediting Body means any entity or organization which engages in granting or withholding Accreditation or similar approval for private post-secondary schools and educational programs, in accordance with standards relating to the performance, operation, financial condition and/or educational quality of such schools and programs, including, without limitation, the Accrediting Commission for Career Schools and Colleges of Technology.

  • Community Association Dues, Fees, and Assessments means all dues, fees, assessments and other charges that are imposed on Borrower or the Property by a condominium association, homeowners association or similar organization.

  • Stormwater management planning agency means a public body authorized by legislation to prepare stormwater management plans.

An adult foster home does not include any house, institution, hotel, or other similar living situation that supplies room or board only, if no individual thereof requires any element of care.

  • Educational activity means an activity offered by a school, school district, charter school or county office of education that constitutes an integral fundamental part of elementary and secondary education, including, but not limited to, curricular and extracurricular activities.

  • Business association means a nonpublic corporation, joint stock company, investment company, business trust, partnership, or association for business purposes of 2 or more individuals, whether or not for profit, including a banking organization, financial organization, insurance company, or utility.
