Refurbished Products definition

Refurbished Products means Products that are clearly identified by us as either used, used but equivalent to new, repaired, refurbished or remanufactured. You must notify your end-user customer that Refurbished Products may have limited warranty or may have no warranty. In addition, you must not remove any HPE warranty information or labels from cartons, packaging, and invoices identifying Refurbished Products as used or refurbished. You must clearly market and advertise Refurbished Products as used or refurbished only. If you resell Refurbished Products, you must be authorized and/or certified to purchase these Products for resale to end-user customers only.

  • Dragonfly Products that are covered under RAYMARINE’S 1-Year Dragonfly Limited Warranty (see Section 3 “1-Year Dragonfly Limited Warranty”), Refurbished Products that are covered under RAYMARINE’S 2-Year Standard Limited Warranty (see Section 4, “2-Year Standard Limited Warranty”) and Warranty Replacement Product (see Section 7 “Procedures for Dragonfly, Standard and Extended Limited Warranty Returns, Repairs and Replacements”) are not eligible for the 3-Year Extended Limited Warranty upgrade.

  • Replacement parts used in the repair of the Refurbished Product(s) may be new, equivalent to new, or refurbished.

  • LIMITED WARRANTY TERMS Bragi provides the following limited warranty to you if you purchased the Refurbished Product(s) from Bragi, on Xxxxx’s website(s) (xxxxx.xxx and sub-website), or if you purchased the Refurbished Product(s) from an authorized reseller.
