Refunding Notes definition

Refunding Notes means the notes authorized to be issued pursuant to Article V.
Refunding Notes means notes issued to provide for the refunding of the notes, or of obligations issued prior to March 4, 1996, collectively referred to in this section as refunded obligations.

More Definitions of Refunding Notes

Refunding Notes means any Notes issued by the Authority the proceeds of which are used solely to pay the maturing principal of and interest on previously issued Notes.
