Reference Tariff definition

Reference Tariff means an access charge (including any system premium) applicable to a specified Reference Train Service over a specified part of the Infrastructure as specified in QR Network’s Access Undertaking;

Reference Tariff has the meaning given in the Access Undertaking.

Reference Tariff means the tariff that relates to a Haulage Reference Service or an Ancillary Reference Service.

More Definitions of Reference Tariff

Reference Tariff means a Tariff specified in an Access Arrangement as corresponding to a Reference Service and which has the operation that is described in sections 6.13 and 6.18.

Reference Tariff means the Tariff that corresponds to a Haulage Reference Service or an Ancillary Reference Service.

Reference Tariff bears the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 1 of the Power Purchase Agreement;

Reference Tariff means the Reference Capacity Price and the Reference Energy Price;
