Redevelopment Project Costs definition

Redevelopment Project Costs means and includes the sum total of all reasonable or necessary costs incurred or estimated to be incurred and any costs incidental to a redevelopment project. The costs include, without limitation:

More Definitions of Redevelopment Project Costs

Redevelopment Project Costs means those redevelopment project costs, as defined in the Act, that may be paid financed through tax increment financing and which the City has provided for under the Redevelopment Plan.
Redevelopment Project Costs means the sum total of all reasonable or necessary costs incurred or estimated to be incurred in connection with the Redevelopment Project, and any such costs incidental to the Redevelopment Plan or the Redevelopment Project, as applicable. Such costs include, but are not limited to, the following:

Redevelopment Project Costs means those costs as defined in K.S.A. § 12-1770a(q), that may be paid through tax increment financing and which the City has agreed to pay as eligible expenses under the Redevelopment Agreement (as hereinafter defined) and such other redevelopment project costs allowed under the Redevelopment Plan for the North Project Area.
