Section 12.1(b) of the Investors’ Agreement prescribes the means in which a request for redemption of Series C Shares shall be made, i.e. by way of a Series C Redemption Notice, to be delivered by hand or by mail to the registered office of the Company.

To call any Notes for Redemption, the Company must (x) send to each Holder of such Notes, the Trustee and the Paying Agent a written notice of such Redemption (a “Redemption Notice”) and (y) substantially contemporaneously therewith, publish, on the Company’s website or through such other public medium as the Company then uses, the information set forth in the Redemption Notice.
Redemption of Debentures shall be provided for by the Corporation depositing with the Trustee or any paying agent to the order of the Trustee, on or before 11:00 a.m. (Toronto time) on the Business Day immediately prior to the Redemption Date specified in the applicable Redemption Notice, such sums of money as may be sufficient to pay the Redemption Price of the Debentures so called for redemption, plus accrued but unpaid interest thereon up to but excluding the Redemption Date.
