Redemption Distribution definition

Redemption Distribution means the cash or the combination of United States Treasury securities, cash and/or cash equivalents or other securities or property to be delivered in satisfaction of redemption of a Redemption Basket as specified in Section 8.1(c).

Redemption Distribution means, subject to deduction of any tax or other governmental charges due thereon, the cash in an amount equal to the product obtained by multiplying (i) the number of Redemption Baskets set forth in the relevant Redemption Order by (ii) the Net Asset Value Per Basket of the applicable Fund as of the close of the NYSE Arca Core Trading Session or the last to close of the exchanges on which the applicable Fund’s futures contracts are traded, whichever is later, on the Redemption Order Date. Each Participant is responsible for ensuring that the Creation Basket Capital Contribution and/or the Redemption Basket it intends to transfer to the Trust (for the applicable Fund) in exchange for Creation Baskets or redemption proceeds, as applicable, is available for transfer to such Trust (for the applicable Fund) in the manner and at the times described in these Procedures. Participants will be required to pay a nonrefundable per order transaction fee of $500 to the Transfer Agent (the “Transaction Fee”).
