Examples of Redemption Cut-Off Time in a sentence
Redemption requests received after the Redemption Cut-Off Time will be deemed received at the next forthcoming Valuation Day and will be processed on the basis of the Net Asset Value per Share as of the first NAV Calculation Day after the relevant Valuation Day.
Shares may be exchanged on a Dealing Day, in both the Original Tranche and the New Tranche, upon notice given not later than the earlier of the Redemption Cut-Off Time for the Original Tranche or the Subscription Cut-Off Time for the New Tranche and be dealt with at the Net Asset Value per Share on the relevant Dealing Day, as set out in the relevant Supplement.

Redemption requests must be received by the Administrative Agent by 11.00 a.m. (Luxembourg time) on the applicable Valuation Day at the latest (the Redemption Cut-Off Time) to be eligible for processing as of such Valuation Day.
