Reciprocal Easement Agreement definition

Reciprocal Easement Agreement means the reciprocal easement agreements or similar agreements affecting any Individual Property or portion thereof and set forth in the Borrower’s Certification.
Reciprocal Easement Agreement means the Reciprocal Easement Agreement described in the Purchase and Sale Agreement.
Reciprocal Easement Agreement has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2(a) hereof.
