Recipient Personnel definition

Recipient Personnel means all employees, agents, consultants and contractors of the Recipient;
Recipient Personnel means all employees, agents, subcontractors, and representatives of Recipient.
Recipient Personnel means the personnel used by the Recipient to carry out the Transitional Services;

  • Recipient(s) agree(s) not to claim, infer, or imply endorsement by the US Government of the Research Project, Recipient or Recipient Personnel or any resulting commercial product(s).

  • The Data Recipient shall ensure that all Data Recipient Personnel are made aware of such procedures.

  • Grant Recipient Personnel means employees, agents, independent contractors, or any other staff or personnel acting on behalf of or at the direction of Grant Recipient or any Grant Recipient Contractor performing or providing the Project(s) under this Agreement.


More Definitions of Recipient Personnel

Recipient Personnel means any employees, agents or other personnel of Recipient or its Affiliates that support or receive any work in connection with any Services.
