Receivership Proceedings definition

Receivership Proceedings means the proceedings before the Court and identified as Court File No. 1901-16293.

Receivership Proceedings means the court proceedings brought in the Alberta Court, pursuant to Alberta Court Action No. 2001-05949, filed on May 4, 2020, pursuant to which the Vendor was appointed as receiver and manager of all of the current and future assets, undertakings and properties of every nature and kind whatsoever, and wherever situate of the Debtors;
