Each Party will use Reasonable Efforts to obtain reliable assurance that confidential treatment will be accorded any Confidential Information so furnished.
Each Party shall in good faith seek and use its Reasonable Efforts to obtain such other approvals.
Interconnection Customer shall make Reasonable Efforts to return its governor or equivalent controls into service as soon as practicable.
