Window means one of three accounts of the CGIAR Fund, as specified in the Contribution Agreements and Arrangements, including the Governance Framework, and together the “Windows”.
Leave Year means the period during which the Agency Worker accrues and may take statutory leave commencing on the date that the Agency Worker starts an Assignment or a series of Assignments;
Curtailment Period means the period of time during which Seller reduces generation from the Project, pursuant to a Curtailment Order. The Curtailment Period shall be inclusive of the time required for the Project to ramp down and ramp up; provided that such time periods to ramp down and ramp up shall be consistent with the Ramp Rate designated in the Cover Sheet.
Recapture Period means the period commencing on the Effective Date and ending on the fifth anniversary of the last date that a Project owned by the Company is Placed in Service.
Lockdown means the period between 23H59 on 26 March 2020, until 23H59 on 30 April 2020;
Deactivation Date means the date a generating unit within the PJM Region is either retired or mothballed and ceases to operate. Decrement Bid:
return period means the period following expiry of the maximum parking stay in that parking place during which the driver shall not return the vehicle to the parking place;
Lease Period means each of the consecutive periods throughout the Basic Term and any Renewal Term ending on a Lease Period Date, the first such period commencing on and including the Delivery Date.
Retraction Date means the second last business day of a month.
Trading Window means a trading period for trading in Company‘s Securities as specified by the Company from time to time
Shift Cycle means the period of time when the shift schedule repeats itself. In those instances where the schedule does not repeat itself, the term "Shift Cycle" shall be understood to mean a period of time not exceeding twelve (12) weeks.
Installation Date means the date specified in the Statement of Work by which the Contractor must have the ordered Equipment ready (certified) for use by the State.
Strike Date means 12 March 2014, subject to postponement in accordance with the following provisions. If on the Strike Date the Reference Price of an Underlying is not determined and published or if on the Strike Date a Market Disruption Event with respect to an Underlying occurs, then the next following Exchange Business Day on which the Reference Price of such Underlying is determined and published again and on which a Market Disruption Event with respect to such Underlying does not occur will be deemed to be the relevant Strike Date for such Underlying.
Leave application date means the date on which a person granted stateless leave made an application to remain in the UK as a stateless person under the immigration rules (within the meaning given in section 33(1) of the Immigration Act 1971).
Enrollment Period means the period agreed upon by the Policyholder and Us when an Eligible Person may enroll for coverage or an Insured may change benefit elections under the Policy.
Cold Weather Alert means the notice that PJM provides to PJM Members, Transmission Owners, resource owners and operators, customers, and regulators to prepare personnel and facilities for expected extreme cold weather conditions.
Look-back Period means, with respect to any Employment Violation by Grantee, the period beginning on the date which is 12 months prior to the date of such Employment Violation by Grantee and ending on the date of computation of the Recapture Amount with respect to such Employment Violation.
