R&D Fees definition

R&D Fees means Key Individual Fees and any fees payable for Additional Services. 1.19. “R&D Services” shall mean Additional Services and Key Individual Services. 1.20. “Term” shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5 below. 2.
R&D Fees has the meaning set forth in the R&D Agreement;

Examples of R&D Fees in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, this provision shall not apply to or otherwise excuse the failure to pay any uncontested R&D Fees or Costs due under this Agreement when due.

  • All R&D Fees and Costs shall be due within thirty (30) days of receipt of an invoice therefor.

  • For fiscal year 2006, the R&D Fees must not be less than $150,000 and are capped at $500,000.

  • The payment of R&D Fees shall not be contingent on the payer’s satisfaction as to the results of any R&D Services .

  • Organisations should make it clear a) what services are provided for any fees charged (by study type); b) which studies they are able to act as sponsor for; c) that fees do not include other R&D Fees (such for R&D approval or other responsibilities regarding study oversight).

  • The R&D Fees have no minimum amounts payable after 2006; however, they are capped at $2,000,000 for 2007, $4,000,000 for 2008, $8,000,000 for 2009 and $10,000,000 for 2010 and beyond.

Related to R&D Fees

  • Front End Fees means fees and expenses paid by any party for any services rendered to organize the Company and to acquire assets for the Company, including Organization and Offering Expenses, Acquisition Fees, Acquisition Expenses, and any other similar fees, however designated by the Board.

  • Tuition and fees means undergraduate tuition and services

  • L/C Fees has the meaning set forth in Section 3.4(c).

  • Annual Fees means the annual fees determined by the Council in terms of section 27;

  • Services Fees means the agreed upon fees in an Order for the Services Offerings.

  • School Fees means the money payable by the Parent/s to the School in connection with a Student’s education, excluding any Enrolment Fee, Deposit or Additional Fees.

  • Monthly Fees means, collectively, [INSERT FOR HFS: the Monthly Food and Beverage Fee,] the Monthly Program Fee and the Monthly Royalty Fee, each of which is set forth in the Addendum.   • Tuition Fees means a sum specified in the Offer Letter, payable by the Student to cover tuition, access to College facilities, enrolment procedures and orientation meetings, use of Information Technology facilities, exam sitting and a Kaplan award on successful completion of the Programme; and

  • License Fees means the license fees, including all taxes thereon, paid or required to be paid by Licensee for the license granted under this Agreement.

  • Fees means all amounts payable pursuant to, or referred to in, Section 4.1.

  • Service Fees means all fees payable by Party B to Party A pursuant to Article 3 of this Agreement in respect of the Services provided by Party A.

  • Tax Fees means the aggregate fees billed in each of the last two fiscal years for professional services rendered by the Company’s external auditor for tax compliance, tax advice and tax planning.

  • Admin Fees means the costs incurred by the Authority in dealing with MI Failures calculated in accordance with the tariff of administration charges published by the Authority;

  • Upfront Fees shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.05.

  • Development Fees means fees imposed to offset capital costs of providing public infrastructure, public safety or other public services to a development and authorized pursuant to A.R.S. Section 9-463.05, A.R.S. Section 11-1102 or A.R.S. Title 48 regardless of the jurisdiction to which the fees are paid.

  • Support Fees means the fees, if any, payable by the State for Maintenance and Support Services as set forth in the Maintenance and Support Schedule.

  • Costs and fees means all reasonable pre-award expenses of the arbitration, including the arbitrators' fees, administrative fees, travel expenses, out-of-pocket expenses such as copying and telephone, court costs, witness fees and attorney's fees. Upon the request of a party, the arbitrators' award shall include findings of fact and conclusion of law. The arbitrators shall provide copies of such award to the parties. Any award may be entered by the prevailing party in any court of competent jurisdiction.

  • Processing Fees means all routine, generally applicable City-wide fees required by the City for processing applications and permits including, but not limited to, fees for land use applications, building applications, building permits, and certificates of occupancy.

  • Program Costs means all necessary and incidental costs of providing program services.

  • Agent's Fees shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 3.5(c).

  • Facility Fees has the meaning provided in Section 2.11(a).

  • Reimbursement Amounts As defined in Section 3.22.

  • Maintenance Fees means the non-refundable fees payable annually by Licensee to OT for Support Services;

  • Ancillary Fees With respect to any Serviced Loan, any and all demand fees, beneficiary statement charges, fees for insufficient or returned checks and other usual and customary charges and fees (other than Modification Fees, Consent Fees, Penalty Charges, Assumption Fees, assumption application fees and defeasance fees) actually received from the related Mortgagor.

  • Late Fees shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2(d).
