Rate Rider definition

Rate Rider means the schedules of retail electric service tariffs and rates, as filed by Mississippi Power with the MPSC and as may be modified from time to time.] “Representatives” means, when used with respect to a Party, collectively or individually (as the context might indicate), such Party, its Affiliates and permitted successors and assigns, and the directors, officers, representatives, agents, contractors, subcontractors, and employees of each of them.

  • Periodic Interest Rate Cap As to each adjustable rate Mortgage Loan, the maximum increase or decrease in the Mortgage Interest Rate on any Adjustment Date pursuant to the terms of the Mortgage Note.
