Qualified Household definition

Qualified Household means one Qualified Resident or a group of persons that contains at least one Qualified Resident. A Qualified Household may have occupants that are not Qualified Residents as long as at least one occupant is a Qualified Resident.

Qualified Household means a household qualified for social housing support in accordance with section 20 of the Act of 2009, in respect of whom housing assistance under this Part is an appropriate form of social housing support;
