Qualified Cook definition

Qualified Cook means an employee who has completed and can produce appropriate documentary evidence to his or her employer to the effect that he or she has successfully completed an apprenticeship in cooking at an approved or recognised school or college, or who can provide documentary evidence of having served at least six years in Her Majesty's Armed Forces in the classification of Cook.
Qualified Cook means a cook who has successfully completed and can produce appropriate documentary evidence to their employer to the effect that they have successfully completed an apprenticeship in cooking at a recognised school or college or who has passed an appropriate trade test in cooking at a recognised school or college.
Qualified Cook means a cook who has successfully completed and can produce appropriate documentary evidence to his or her employer to the effect that he or she has successfully completed an apprenticeship in cooking at any approved or recognised school or college or who has passed an appropriate trade test in cooking at a recognised school or college acceptable to the employer.
