Put Date definition

Put Date has the meaning provided in Section 3.4.
Put Date means the date that is specified by the Company in any Put Notice for which the Company intends to exercise a Put under Section 2.3.1, unless the Put Date is postponed pursuant to the terms hereof, in which case the "Put Date" is such postponed date.

  • Payment in respect of any Note so delivered will be made to any bank account specified by the Noteholder in the Change of Control Put Exercise Notice, on the Change of Control Put Date and, in every other case, on or after the Change of Control Put Date against presentation and surrender or (as the case may be) endorsement of such receipt at the Specified Office of any Paying Agent.

  • The Issuer shall redeem or purchase (or procure the purchase of) the relevant Notes on the Change of Control Put Date unless previously redeemed (or purchased) and cancelled.
