Purchase Price definition

Purchase Price has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.

Examples of Purchase Price in a sentence

• Deliver to Seller checks in payment of the portion of the Purchase Price payable at the Closing, as adjusted for apportionments under Section 12, plus the amount of escrow deposits, if any, assigned pursuant to §10.08.

• HKSTP agrees to purchase the Goods from the Supplier in the total quantity and at the Purchase Price set out in Annex 1 (being the price in the Supplier’s quotation submitted and accepted prior to the date of this Contract).
