Public Listing means the public listing of the Common Shares for trading on the Principal Market or the consummation of a Reverse Merger Transaction, whichever is earlier.

More Definitions of Public Listing

Public Listing means the public listing of the Company’s or any parent or successor entity’s capital stock for trading on a nationally or regionally recognized securities exchange or an over-the-counter bulletin board.
