Provisional Staff List a list prepared and updated by us of all our Personnel engaged in, or wholly or mainly assigned to, the provision of the Services or any part of the Services at the date of preparation of the list;
Provisional Staff List a list of personnel (including any employees of sub- contractors of the Provider) who are:
Provisional Staff List means a list prepared and updated by the Supplier of all of employees of the Supplier or Supplier sub- contractor (as the case may be) wholly or mainly assigned to the provision of the Services or any part of the Services at the date of preparation of the list.
