Provisional Credit definition

Provisional Credit means the ini- tial credit provided to a presenting bank by a Federal Reserve Bank. Pro- visional credit may be reversed by Treasury until the completion of first examination or final payment is deemed made pursuant to § 240.6(d).

It shall further be the responsibility of the Customer to obtain information regarding such OFAC enforced sanctions. Collection of Checks Bank, in its sole discretion, shall determine the manner in which Images shall be presented for payment to the drawee bank. Bank, in its sole discretion, shall select the clearing agents used to collect and present the Images, and Bank's selection of the clearing agents shall be considered to have been designated by Customer. Other Electronic Transfers You may use your card, code, PIN or third-party software application (“app”) to complete certain electronic transactions that may not be covered by federal consumer protection regulations (Regulation E or Regulation Z) concerning liability for unauthorized electronic transactions and required error resolution procedures.
