Proration Schedule definition

Proration Schedule shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.4.1.

• Escrow Holder shall prepare and deliver to Seller and Buyer a proration schedule (the "Proration Schedule") of the adjustments described in this Section 5.6 no later than two (2) days prior to Closing.
