Property Collateral definition

Property Collateral means (i) any Collateral Property and (ii) any Collateral constituting Capital Stock in a Subsidiary Guarantor that directly or indirectly owns Collateral Property.
Property Collateral means all of Tenant’s right, title and interest in and to the Tenant Personal Property and any and all products, rents, proceeds and profits thereof in which Tenant now owns or hereafter acquires an interest or right.
Property Collateral shall have the meaning given to that term in Subparagraph 2.11(a) of the Participation Agreement.

Property Collateral shall have the meaning set forth in Section 21.1.1.
Property Collateral means the Land and all of the interest of Borrower in all easements, rights-of-way, licenses, operating agreements, strips and gores of land, vaults, streets, ways, alleys, passages, sewer rights, waters, water courses, water rights and powers, oil and gas and other minerals, flowers, shrubs, trees, timber and other emblements now or hereafter located on the Land or under or above the same or any part or parcel thereof, and all estates, rights, titles, interests, privileges, liberties, tenements, hereditament and appurtenances, reversion and reversions, remainder and remainders, whatsoever, in any way belonging, relating or appertaining to the Land or any part thereof, or that hereafter shall in any way belong, relate or be appurtenant thereto, whether now owned or hereafter acquired by Borrower.
Property Collateral means the Land and all of the interest of Borrower in all easements, rights-of-way, licenses, operating agreements, strips and gores of land, vaults, streets, ways, alleys, passages, sewer rights, waters, water courses, water rights and powers, submerged lands, oil and gas and other minerals, flowers, shrubs, fresh inventory crops, trees, timber and other emblements now or hereafter located on the Land or under or above the same or any part or parcel thereof, and all estates, rights, titles, interests, privileges, liberties, tenements, hereditament and appurtenances, reversion and reversions, remainder and remainders, whatsoever, in any way belonging, relating or appertaining to the Land or any part thereof, or that hereafter shall in any way belong, relate or be appurtenant thereto, whether now owned or hereafter acquired by Borrower, and as further described in the Security Instruments.
Property Collateral means (a) the leasehold estates created by the Leases, (b) the Wells, (c) all personal propertx, xixtures, improvements, permits, rights-of-way and easements used or held for use in connection with the production, treatment, compression, storing, sale or disposal of Hydrocarbons or water produced from the property described in or covered by the Leases; and (d) the Hydrocarbons produced or to be produced through the Wells and all contract rights, prxxxxxges, surface, reversionary or remainder interests and other interests associated with the Leases.
Property Collateral shall have the meaning set forth in SECTION 21.1.1.
Property Collateral shall include, (A) any and all Proceeds of any general intangibles which are otherwise excluded to the extent that the assignment or encumbrance of such Proceeds is not so restricted, (B) upon obtaining the consent of any such licensor, lessor or other applicable party's consent with respect to any such otherwise excluded general intangibles, such general intangibles as well as any and all Proceeds thereof that might theretofore have been excluded from such a grant of a security interest and the term "Intellectual Property Collateral" and (C) any general intangible which is an account receivable or proceed of or otherwise related to the enforcement or collection of any account receivable or goods which are the subject of any account receivable.
Property Collateral means the Land and all of the interest of Borrower in all easements, rights-of-way, licenses, operating agreements, strips and gores of land, vaults, streets, ways, alleys, passages, sewer rights, waters, water courses, water rights and powers, oil and gas and other minerals, tobacco poundage allotments and all increases thereto, flowers, shrubs, fresh inventory crops, trees, timber and other emblements now or hereafter located on the Land or under or above the same or any part or parcel thereof, and all estates, rights, titles, interests, privileges, liberties, tenements, hereditament and appurtenances, reversion and reversions, remainder and remainders, whatsoever, in any way belonging, relating or appertaining to the Land or any part thereof, or that hereafter shall in any way belong, relate or be appurtenant thereto, whether now owned or hereafter acquired by Borrower, and as further described in the Security Instruments.
