Properties definition

Properties as defined in Section 4.17(a).

Properties means, unless otherwise specifically limited, real or personal property of any kind, tangible or intangible, xxxxxx or inchoate.

Properties shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.10(a).

More Definitions of Properties

Properties means any interest in any kind of property or asset, whether real, personal or mixed, or tangible or intangible.

Properties means any real property or properties transferred or conveyed to the Company or the Partnership, either directly or indirectly, and/or any real property or properties transferred or conveyed to a Joint Venture or partnership in which the Company is, directly or indirectly, a co-venturer or partner.

Properties means, collectively, each and every Individual Property which is subject to the terms of this Agreement.

Properties means all real estate properties owned by Owner and all tracts as yet unspecified but to be acquired by Owner containing income-producing improvements or on which Owner will construct income-producing improvements.

Properties has the meaning specified in Section 5.09(a).

Properties means such interests in real property and personal property including without limitation, fee interests, interests in ground leases, interests in joint ventures, interests in mortgages, and Debt instruments as the Partnership may hold from time to time.
