Project Steering Committee definition

Project Steering Committee means the committee referred to in Section I.A.1 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project Steering Committee or “PSC” means the Project Steering Committee to be maintained pursuant to paragraph I.A.4 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project Steering Committee means the committee established, and to be maintained, pursuant to the provisions of Paragraph B of Section I of Schedule 2 to the Original Financing Agreement.
