Project Management Committee definition

Project Management Committee means a committee, composed of one representative appointed by each of the Project Participants, which shall meet in person or by conference call from time to time and shall monitor performance of the Project and make reports and recommendations to the Board of Directors as it deems appropriate.
Project Management Committee means, indistinctively, the individual committee in each of Kyrgyz Republic and Republic of Tajikistan in charge of overall management and coordination of Part 2 and 3 of the Project, respectively, and coordination with the PMU.

Project Management Committee means, with respect to a Typhoid Project, a Committee consisting of both Project Coordinators.
