Project Development Partnering Services definition

Project Development Partnering Services means the Partnering Services listed in paragraph 1.1.3(b) of Section 1 (Specification) of Schedule 3 (Partnering Services);
Project Development Partnering Services means the "Project Development Partnering Services" as defined in Schedule Part 1 (Definitions, Interpretation and Construction) of the Standard Form TPA;

  • WEPCo's performance of its obligations under Schedule 12 (Planning Matters) in respect of a specific Approved Project shall be deemed to be part of the Project Development Partnering Services and the costs incurred relative thereto shall be included as part of the Project Development Fee.

  • Save in the circumstances set out in Clause 22 (Participant Default) and Schedule Part 6 (Approval Process for New Projects), hubco shall recover its Partnering Services Costs in respect of Ongoing Partnering Services and Project Development Partnering Services as provided in Schedule Part 5 (Partnering Services Costs).

  • Following approval under paragraph 4 above, xxxxx will, when requested so to do in writing by the Relevant Participant(s), provide further Project Development Partnering Services to proceed regularly and diligently to develop a Stage 1 Approved Project into a detailed submission meeting the requirements of this paragraph 5, to be put to the Relevant Participant(s) (copied to the TPB) (a "Stage 2 Submission").

  • PART 4Part 5- PARTNERING SERVICES COSTS PAYMENT FOR PROJECT DEVELOPMENT PARTNERING SERVICES Payment for Project Development Partnering Services shall be by Project Development Fees.

  • Project Developer means Bidding Company or a Bidding Consortium submitting the Bid. Any reference to the Bidder includes Bidding Company / Bidding Consortium/ Consortium, Member of a Bidding Consortium including its successors, executors and permitted assigns and Lead Member of the Bidding Consortium jointly and severally, as the context may require”;

  • municipal spatial development framework means a municipal spatial development framework adopted by the Municipality in terms of Chapter 5 of the Municipal Systems Act;

  • Collaborative drug therapy management means participation by an authorized pharmacist and a physician in the management of drug therapy pursuant to a written community practice protocol or a written hospital practice protocol.

  • Project Services means architectural, engineering services, land surveying, construction management at-risk services, ancillary technical services or other construction-related services determined by the board to be required by the project.

  • Joint Development Agreement has the meaning provided in Section 5.3.

  • Development Consent means the consent granted to the Development Application for the Development and includes all modifications made under section 4.55 of the Act.

  • Development Agreements means all development, utility or similar agreements included in the Permitted Encumbrances.

  • Development Services “Target Market”; “Investment Areas”; and “Targeted Populations” have the meanings ascribed to such terms in 12 C.F.R. 1805.104.

  • Major development means an individual “development,” as well as multiple developments that individually or collectively result in:

  • site development plan means a dimensioned plan drawn to scale that indicates details of the proposed land development, including the site layout, positioning of buildings and structures, property access, building designs and landscaping;

  • Development Area means that area to which a development plan is applicable.

  • Initial Development Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2(b).

  • Development Team means the entities and professionals assembled to develop and manage the Project, typically including the Applicant, Owner, Developer(s), Co-Developer(s) and general partner or any other related entities in which the Developer or Co-Developer has an identity of interest or a Controlling Interest.

  • Economic development project means land and existing or planned improvements suitable for use by an industrial or commercial enterprise, or housing development, or the protection of the environment, including, but not limited to, groundwater or surface water. Economic development project includes necessary buildings, improvements, or structures suitable for and intended for or incidental to use as an industrial or commercial enterprise or housing development; and includes industrial park or industrial site improvements and port improvements or housing development incidental to an industrial or commercial enterprise; and includes the machinery, furnishings, and equipment necessary, suitable, intended for, or incidental to a commercial, industrial, or residential use in connection with the buildings or structures.

  • Infill development means new construction on a vacant commercial lot currently held as open space.

  • Research means a methodical investigation into a subject.

  • Development means any man-made change to improved or unimproved real estate, including, but not limited to, buildings or other structures, mining, dredging, filling, grading, paving, excavation or drilling operations, or storage of equipment or materials.

  • Development Term means the period commencing on the Closing Date and ending on the earlier of (a) the Option Closing Date or (b) the date the Option terminates or expires other than by exercise.

  • Commercialization or “Commercialize” means activities directed to marketing, promoting, research and development as required, manufacturing for sale, offering for sale, distributing, importing or selling a product, including sub-licensing or sub-contracting of these activities.

  • Development Work means the conduct of preclinical and clinical trials, the compilation of the regulatory dossier concerning Licensed Products and the conduct of other work necessary or useful for obtaining Regulatory Approval of Licensed Products.
